Our leadership programs help young people to develop the skills, and attitude and create the awareness needed to first lead themselves and set examples, and secondly, to lead others. In view of this, we have secured the consent of reputable personalities, locally and abroad, to serve as advisors, trainers, and Speakers of the summit.

A prefect is a student who is elected, appointed, and entrusted by the school authority to supervise and guide other students and help in maintaining normalcy in the school.

• We aim at positively transforming Nigeria's Leadership for excellence in the future when we would have built more than 5000 leaders who will aspire the leadership positions with the mind of continuity in making a positive impact in other to do the transformation effectively

• We realized that students who held leadership positions in the school often become leaders in the future either in their home, society, government, or private organization. So we aimed at giving a proper orientation on skill acquisitions for successful leadership.

• We shall link the role of prefects to specific existing role models in society, especially top entrepreneurs and government leaders that have led in Nigeria and abroad leaving behind a good legacy in their leadership positions.

• Moreso, we are organizing this summit to celebrate their uniqueness and give them proper knowledge on how to carry out their respective duties without abandoning their studies, so as to prepare them for the ongoing academic session.

• Every year, we shall be Honoring successful leaders of organizations and government offices for their outstanding performances during their tenure. We aim at using this medium to encourage their good works and to also create a good impression about the possibility of good governance and leadership in the mind of the aspiring and upcoming leaders who will be seated on the day of the award.
